About Melissa
Melissa is responsible for preparing new account paperwork and facilitating service requests for existing accounts. She is skilled in listening to clients’ needs and delegating it to the right team member.
Melissa coordinates the entire team’s daily calendar activities. Melissa came to SDC after 20 years in the packaging and supply industry, where she has extensive experience in office management, purchasing, accounting, and day-to-day operations. She is used to managing a growing company and uses that expertise in assisting the growing SDC team. Her excitement to learn and help clients is second to none.
Melissa was born and raised in Oregon, but currently resides in North Baltimore with her husband Matt and their dog Mia. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, along with helping them grow personally and professionally.
